This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of all orders placed through the YesterSay website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below. This Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Use.
Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time.
Orders for the core YesterSay game are processed within three (3) to five (5) business days of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it is transferred to our third-party shipping partner for fulfillment. Processing time is separate from, and in addition to, transit time.
2. Expansion Packs
Expansion decks are produced on a made-to-order basis. By placing an order that includes an expansion pack, you acknowledge and agree that your order may take up to two (2) weeks to ship, as each deck is assembled after the order is placed. Where an order includes both the core game and an expansion pack, the entire order will ship together once the expansion pack has been prepared.
3. Shipping Method and Territory
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by a third-party shipping partner via standard ground shipping. YesterSay currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
4. Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information for your order.
5. Delays, Loss, and Damage
YesterSay is not responsible for delays caused by its third-party shipping partner once an order has left our facility, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, you must notify YesterSay with your order number (and, in the case of damage, photographic evidence) so that we may investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a refund or replacement.
6. Shipping Address Changes
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Address changes may be accommodated if requested before an order has shipped; YesterSay cannot guarantee changes once an order has been transferred to its shipping partner and is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided in error.
7. Amendments
YesterSay reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of our website and placement of subsequent orders constitutes acceptance of the then-current version of this Policy.
